This site is dedicated to real public areas that are the basis of locations for various forms of entertainment, including movies, anime, games, books, and television shows.

• Scene Hunters use visual or textual clues to find exact locations of certain locales or scenes.

• Photobloggers visit these real life locations, often to capture side-by-side or top-bottom comparison photos.

• Mappers pinpoint these locations on custom Google Maps to preserve our findings.

• Pilgrimages are visits to any of these locations. (i.e. Anime Pilgrimage, Lord of the Rings Pilgrimage).

We hope to be the first crowd-sourced site dedicated solely to scouting out all real-life locations in all forms of media.
